Wow! I can only dream...that's awesome!

Prolly another 30 years for me. I consolidated 8-10 years ago and they average about 2.5-3%.

Which means that even with the mortgage tax write off it still makes more sense to pay off the house first.

And unlike a home mortgage, student loans are forgiven upon death. That works out better for the wife.

I just don't know what to choose tbh

I was thinking of going into automotive at UTI or wyotech, just need some money before going

I keep postponing it for like 3 years now
