Yeah, alcohol is highly flammable and burns very hot.

What is the ideal mixture of fluids for a chiller? Obviously should have asked this question prior to now. I took out 6/7 gallons of that mix and replaced it with 6 gallons of anti-freeze/washer fluid. Now it is non-flammable again and I have some super high potency washer fluid in the garage.

Good thing I love wasting all my money.

I may look into a new pump and high flow water block. I plan to continue to use the chiller for 24/7 even though it's never anywhere near 24/7.

And finally...I think the pump is on it's last leg. At least I'll be an expert chiller builder by the end of this.
