There is a list for SSDtweaks around somewhere. Some say it is not necessary, I see no harm in controlling how often the OS needs to write to the SSD.

Ive already done all of those. I have my pagefile set to my WD640, superfetch/prefetch, and inexing disabled, write caching enabled.
