I only have my 965/920do underwater, but I can do stock timings 7-8-7-20 1t up to 2100-2140. My bros over at NBOC have gotten their sets up to 2200 under SS. On the 920do up to 4.7, I run them cas 6 at 1800/2:8

Well if you decide to spend some money on them, save a bunch and just go for the 3GB set....I haven't seen a big difference in performance with the 6gb set and they are almost twice the price.
