Awesome man and yeah 75lbs in 10 weeks is pretty much unheard of without surgery but when things get rolling it gets easier

Life has been kicking my sack around for a while, but I finally realized how damn out of shape I am. Cardio is just embarrassing. Been waking up early and doing my little thing. Weight has stayed about the same but I am eating way cleaner and staying hydrated. Damn I wish there was a BJJ gym around here. It would make working out so much funner.
