Dunno. It seems to only take the values on a hard reboot. Instead of loading optimized settings I found that I can change the cas one higher along with the value/s I am changing, get the hard reboot and then change the cas back to whatever I had it at. So far that has worked twice now. Sucks. I swear it is worse than it was before though. Hopefully fixed in a BIOS update. Hopfeully not mobo biting the big one either.
