it could better than the rex and classy but what's the release date and how far from 2011 is it going to be? not to mention the price gb's ud9 was what $700 on release. if the x58a is over $350 I can't see it doing well with the timeframe between it's release and 2011.
unless this board ends up being what the x48 is to 3d01 for 05,06, or vantage, which seems unlikely.

we will see a 2011 variant of this board, count on it

If Giga comes to the 2011 table with a contender within same dollar value as EVGA and Asus enthusiast boards I may take it for a ride .....

If it is priced out of the market then that's where it wil remain

this in a 1366 is simply too late to the party ..... I still have to get my P67 gamer put together then save for 2011 not to mention get set up for cold so I can try to compete with the new socket ......

Thats not to say those with the budget, may be stealing cups with this thing, if it is all that and a big bag of chips .... keep in mind you need a hot rod CPU as no board can help if you have a POS chip
