After you move the jumpers, in the bios , in the voltages, there's a function that says something like "enable if over 3.2v". You have to enable that also. Then you should be able to select Vdimm up to 4.0v.

You should also know that BH-5 will only work in the Yellow slots, and if you're only using 1 stick it has to go in the Yellow slot farthest away from the CPU, or it won't boot.
As for modded bios', the 623 bios is pretty freakin' good, second only to my own modded bios. Use the correct variation for the type of ram you'll be running.

If running an Ultra-D, you will need to move a jumper as Mr. Scott stated but the Expert doesn't need any jumpers moved and goes up to 4.0v's for RAM voltage in the BIOS - Mine does.
With either board use the orange slots, not the yellow ones for best results with whatever RAM you use.
