Thanks guys,

@ Duke,
No I did not install shut off, but I do have a drain down valve on each loop and piped as such to be able to drian below the component it is piped to. SO while a lot of coolant is lost it is pretty painless so to speak. Being this is a gaming rig do not plan to tear it down a lot, Possible an IB-E upgrade when they are released if they are worth the price of admission . It iis 3/8' OD, smaller than typically found in PC water loops, but the piping has much less drag than the typical poly we use in water coooling

@ 3D
it is two seperate loops CPU/GPU

@ Rich
Using distilled water and PT Nuke. Not much corosion can take place in a closed loop. No diffferent than using copper blocks. Water corosion typically takes place in an open system, Like the corrosion you get at the spout of your faucet, that is because new water is introduced each time you turn it on, Once water disperses it mineral and corrosive proerties it is then nutrilized. This is why water makes an effective coolant in engines, and frozen yogurt machines ......

Only thing I can think of is maybe clearcoat the lines to prevent them from turning funky colors like copper is prone to do.

Yep yep! They probably have already darkened from handling with the acids in your hands/skin. Polish them a bit with steel wool, wipe em down with alcohol and give em a shot of clear from a rattle can.
