Gotta remember dude, there are GOOD carbs and there are BAD carbs.  mine was formulated to include ONLY the good carbs, and the sugar is natural not processed so it don't turn into fat.  One of the keys is getting a good protein mix that uses only high quality good carbs and contains both fast acting and slow acting whey proteins and peptides (Monster Milk also contains milk protein isolates... makes sense with the name and all I guess 

 )
Anyway, key is LOTS of water every day - half gallon or more if your into body building like I was.  Unfortunately was is the key word
