No thankfully the bus was not occupied. It was only the driver and an aid. I did have 3 CRT monitors and 2 dells in my trunk that were crushed. Good thing i got them all for free, because now insurance pays the full retail cost for them hehe.

hehe I hate those commercials! Honestly most of those law firms who advertise agressively with their generic ads aren't worth a crapola. That's how it is in my area anyways.

Hey guys checking in after a long time here. Turns out i herniated 3 discs in my neck and 2 in my lower back. Recovering is a slow process, so benching for a little while longer is still out of the picture for me. Wanted to let you guys know I'm still going to bench hard for OCA when I'm back to 100% though.

You have all been tearing it up and I watch the hwbot boards daily to see those scores!

Ah man, get well soon J, but don't flake off on therapy, its uber-important no matter how shitty it is or BORING! Screw up therapy= screwed up recovery, speaking from experience. Also, benching DOES aggrevate the injury no matter how many vicadin your on
