Depends.. Isee not a lot of good things on a 3913, some say it is awesome...

(No reviews from benchers though)


Vcore is a variable, because lowering cpu pll and raising VTT can let you run lower vcore...

So try clokcing one without hte other?

Disable turbo drop the cpu multi and start clocking.. you running 6 or 8 mem divider?
