Dice is plenty cold for the Q, itll be all about fsb limit, I hope the BlackOps handles a quad better than my REX does...

The blackops was supposed to be the Quad killa. Too bad the E8600 came along and stole its thunder.

I would say it will be like riding a bike, but the bops is supposed to be a difficult board to clock with.

Nope I sure don't. Can't be that hard. Crank the volts and then crank the FSB, right? LOL

Even if I only get a 4.2ghz overclock across the board that is worth around 9 points per 2D bench. Over 21,000 peeps have submitted this chip to the bot! I hoping to at least get 4.5ghz. That sounds weird. I'm use to getting that on air now a days! ROFL

IIRC, one of the largest bitches about the Bops was the memory compatibility. You might need a set of some micron D9GTR's if the elpida doesn't act nice.
