Asus EAH5870 benching
Gonna be staring out with a single 5870 from asus. I'll update as it goes.
Right outa the box with the latest released cat drivers, it installed on win 7 effortlessly. Idle temps were at 42c. Hopped into the cp and turned the fans up to 100% and temps dropped incredibly to 30c idle. The fan on this sucker has a different sound than the gtxs but isn't screaming loud at 100%. It does have an odd high pitch to it tho.
Looking forward to putting the card thru it's paces. Stay tuned for hardware pron and benchmarks updates.
