I want to spend as little as possible Since the cards are currently watered I'd suspect I'll go with water and turn my current WC gamer into an airbreather. I'm thinking the main determining factor is more space for the board and the cards moreso than the cooling solution. I have a Koolance dual bay resv/pump that fits into two bay slots so that really isn't a concern.

Maybe I'll use my Corsair 800D and put the air breather into a HAF of some sort?

I'm thinking I'll go Tri Sli too instead of Quad Sli, make the spacing issue a little easier to accommodate

Yeah Al, it's like you read my mind Was thinking but just using SLI watered cards, then I could use my one Feser 3 x 140 Mosta Lite rad internally and do away with the external bullshit!

Put the HSFs on the other two cards and make a gamer with an old classified and put it on ebay and get at least something back :

Then put the RIVE and air breathing 680 into my old HAF and sell the water cooled one too

kind of a waste for my 1475 watt TT PSU, but

Did some research into this very subject.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811139010

it will hold a 2x 120 or 2x 140 rad on top and has good airflow

Easy smezzy side window mod if desired and it will acomidate 4 dual slot cards if you decide to go big

when I was looking at it it was $ 89.99 so low ball deals may be looming.

Down side, being steel this case ways a ton ..............

good luck Daawg ...................

I've looked at that too WD, except the black one over the white. You know what they say, once you go black LOL

anywho, the Corsair 800D will fit a 3 x 140 Feser (which I already own) very nicely in the top. This one rad should be enuf for the CPU, 2 580s, and the chipset of the RIIIE Black Edition board in there. Nice and clean and compact, well, BIG but nicely fit

Second case for an air breathing card and maybe an air breathing CPU, don't know yet, may use a Tt dual rad in place of the CPU cooler, but like the idea of all air too, so a case that BREATHES (like a HAF or similar) would be the uppermost priority
