I cannot see the traces too well, but you might be able to swing a pencil mod on rx6 and get decent results... I found the mod for a 8600gt ddr2 and reduced the resistance by ~1/3 w/ a pencil and had tons of headroom after that.

If you have a large enough camera that fits your hands, see if you can take a really good macro of that chip.... follow the traces, and boom, pencil mod of quickness. Wouldn't waste the soldering time on adding vr's.

Ah fruck man, I don't even know where to start or what to do. I gotta spend some quality time with some videos and shit but I figure its a cheap ass card to screw up.
