Thanks Splave, Its been a helluva project. The previous owners had things really jacked up around here. So its been a battle of fixin their F ups an neglect along with all the new construction. The exsisting electrical is a nightmare in this house too...

Actually their dont need to be supports. You just have two thirds of the beam in the house.
The balcony extends 8ft so 16ft has to be attached in to the house beams. The balcony is off the master bedroom too
