Totally amazing dude. You're dropping pounds like crazy. Seems like two weeks ago you were at -75.
Good info on the diabetese. I had never heard of that before. I thought you got type II from being fat and eating too many simple carbs. I didn't know that worked in reverse.
MMA trainging. Hmm well I know grappling is one of the hardest workouts I've done. Demands every muscle in the body to work... I could only imagine adding stand up + wieghts + cardio in one session. Well I've done that, but in totally separate time slots with meals and rest in between.
