did you pull the battery an all that jazz? Also try differant ram slots with 1 stick, maybe reseat the cpu. Im not sure just suggestions.

yea pulled the battery and stix .......

did not try reseating the CPU though, I will give it a try

wierd though as it happened when switching vid card ... took the 580 out and put the 6970 in and bang there was the error

put the 580 back in and error is still there

I know the 6970 to be good as I was doing some testing on it a few weeks ago

As Splave explained to me when I was having my error code problems, the MIVE seems to have a tuff time dealing with system changes despite what you do in BIOS.

My error code problem literally disappeared after a few tries.. was really wierd... man
